Van Dykes grocery started in Roundup in the 1950s in a downtown main street location. It moved to its current location on the north side of town in the 1970s. The previous owner, Tracy Barta, bought the store in 1992 from Bill and Ruth Amador. In May 2017, Jerry and Tammy Rangitsch bought the store from the Bartas. Jerry was the Manager for nine years prior to buying the store. Tammy works at the school but during the summer she helps out at the store. We have a fresh bakery, deli and meat departments We cut all of our meat, bake fresh breads daily and slice deli meats & cheeses to order. We pride ourselves on customer service. Knowing our customers by name makes the need to carry out their groceries for them - even if it's just one bag - a high priority for us.
