In the 1920's, Augusto Brigido, a Portuguese immigrant, began working in a small neighborhood market in Northern Rhode Island. By 1943, he was able to own and operate his first grocery market located on Beverage Hill Avenue, in Pawtucket. Brigido's was a simple place - dedicated to quality- great cuts of meat and fresh produce from the farm. Most importantly, Brigido's was always about superior customer service. Two generations later, Brigido's Fresh Market is offering even more – premium deli and prepared foods, the finest baked goods, superb meats and fish and simply the freshest produce available. Serving the Northern RI area, with three locations Scituate, Pascoag and Slatersville, we continue the family tradition with our core values.
